Following a Land Economy degree from Cambridge, Simon qualified as a chartered surveyor with Knight Frank & Rutley, spending five years in Central London commercial estate agency. After four years as Property Director in a commercial development company, he founded PPC in 1991.

Following a degree in History, James completed his SFA exams and worked as an equities trader in the city for Reuters. For the past 6 years James has specialised in the Central London office fit out and refurbishment market and now heads up PPC’s sales and marketing team.

Head of Contracts


Leo has spent 15 years in the design and management of high quality fit out projects. As Head of Contracts, he has overall responsibility within PPC for the execution and delivery of projects to clients to the highest standard, on time and to budget.
Allison Matthews
Head of Design


Alli graduated from South Bank University after studying building surveying and architectural design and has worked within the commercial and interior fit out sector for the last 14 years and as head of design for the past four years.

Senior Estimator


A degree in construction and 12 years specialising in interior fit out affords Melvin invaluable experience in our specialist sector. As Senior Estimator Melvin is responsible for ensuring budgets are adhered to and value is delivered to client projects.
Alana Bradbeer B.Sc.
Contracts Manager


Alana completed an Interior Architecture degree at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She has worked in the construction industry in London since 2004 and joined PPC early in 2007.

Project Manager


Mark is responsible for the management and co-ordination of on site project works. This entails the management of our own labour force, the meeting of project deadlines and the liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
Robert Stewart
Contracts Coordinator


Robert Has been in the building industry since 1992, joining PPC in 1999. Starting with on site work he is now office based as Contracts Coordinator. His job is to ensure that all materials and suppliers are on site when required in line with programme and cost plan.
